Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and boasts over a decade of experience in the administration field.
Passionate about fostering the growth of locally owned small businesses, she takes pride in establishing effective policies, procedures, and organization to help companies thrive.
Beyond the office, Crystal, along with her husband Brady and their Blue Heeler, Hank, enjoy hiking as well as playing softball and dodgeball. Additionally, she channels her creativity into Sea Muse Photography, capturing weddings, couples, families/pets, headshots, and more. You'll see some of her photos throughout our website!

Emma grew up in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland, where she quickly developed a love for sports. Throughout school, she was active in many different sports teams including soccer, hockey, and volleyball.
Volleyball became Emma's main focus during high school, where she played with numerous teams including those from her school, province, and local clubs which eventually led her to represent her province in national-level tournaments. Emma's love for the sport inspired her to pursue refereeing, where she now officiates games up to the national level.
Emma pursuing a degree in Physical Education at Memorial University. When she’s not in school, Emma enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, camping, yoga and swimming.
With her sports background and a strong commitment to being active, Emma brings a dynamic and well-rounded perspective to her role as an office administrator here at Attain.
Molly grew up in St. John's where played many sports starting at a young age. Throughout school, she participated in track and field, volleyball, gymnastics, soccer and ultimate frisbee. Molly's primary sport has been track and field for the past 11 years. She has competed at numerous provincial and national championships including Canada Summer Games in 2017 and 2022. She also carries her love for the sport into coaching as she is the head sprint coach with Pearlgate Track and Field club.
Molly graduated from Memorial University in the spring of 2024 with a joint honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry (nutrition) and neuroscience. She competed at multiple AUS championships with Memorial's track team and secured a bronze medal in the women's 4x200m relay in 2024. Her passion for studying nutrition has led her to pursue dietetics at Acadia University. While studying nutrition remotely, Molly is currently training for her third Canada Games, hoping to compete in St. John's in the summer of 2025.
Molly's dedication to both her athletic and academic pursuits drives her passion to excel, and she is excited to continue advancing in her career and sports while contributing to the success of the team at Attain.
