Crystal Mews holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and boasts over a decade of experience in the administration field.
Passionate about fostering the growth of locally owned small businesses, she takes pride in establishing effective policies, procedures, and organization to help companies thrive.
Beyond the office, Crystal, along with her partner Brady and their Australian Cattle Dog Hank, enjoy hiking as well as playing softball and dodgeball. Additionally, she channels her creativity into Sea Muse Photography, capturing weddings, couples, families/pets, headshots, and more. With a unique blend of organizational expertise and artistic flair, Crystal continues to be a force in both business and photography.

Emma grew up in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland, where she quickly developed a love for sports. Throughout school, she was active in many different sports teams including soccer, hockey, and volleyball.
Volleyball became Emma's main focus during high school, where she played with numerous teams including those from her school, province, and local clubs which eventually led her to represent her province in national-level tournaments. Emma's involvement extends beyond playing, as she also dedicates herself to coaching and refereeing various local and National tournaments.
Emma is currently entering her second year at Memorial University, where she is pursuing a degree in Physical Education. When she’s not in school, Emma enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, camping, yoga and swimming.
With her sports background and a strong commitment to being active, Emma brings a dynamic and well-rounded perspective to her role as an office administrator here at Attain.
Brooke joins our team this summer to lend a helping hand around the clinic!
Born in Placentia, Brooke started playing hockey with the Placentia Lions as well as the Tripen Ice boys and girls teams. She then made the move to Nova Scotia to play for King’s Edgehill School. She has also represented her province, playing for Team NL multiple times throughout her minor hockey years.
After high school, she did a year of post secondary education at StFX and then transferred for her second year to McKendree University in Illinois to continue her hockey career in the United States.
While playing with the McKendree Bearcats, Brooke is currently completing her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science & Sport Performance and she is now going into her senior year. In the summer, she also enjoys playing ball hockey - she Captained the Under 21 Girls Team Canada ball hockey team to a World Championship in Czechia last summer! 🇨🇦
Brooke looks forward to being at Attain, both working in the clinic and training throughout the summer!
Born in Paradise, Desiree began playing minor hockey with the Clarenville Caribou’s and TriPen Ice Female AAA. Desiree then moved back to Paradise and played for the Eastern IceBreakers Female AAA team for 4 years.
After graduation, she played for the St. FX X-women for one year, then transferred to SUNY Canton to play for the Kangaroos who compete in the NEWHL NCAA D3 league.
While playing with the Kangaroos, Desiree is currently completing an associates degree in Physiotherapy Assistant and a Bachlelor’s degree in Health and Fitness Promotions.
Desiree has also coached many teams and worked with multiple hockey camps throughout her summer’s back in NL. She has also played for Team NL for a number of years, getting the opportunity to represent her province.
