Jeff grew up in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland, where he played multiple sports, including hockey, soccer, and squash. Being involved in sports as a child is where Jeff developed his passion to work in a training and rehabilitative environment, focusing on athletic performance.
In 2014, Jeff graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with an honours distinction. Following this, in 2016, Jeff attended Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where he completed a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy.
Outside of the clinic, Jeff serves as the Physiotherapist/Trainer for the U18 AAA Pinnacle Growlers, the St. John’s Sr. Caps Hockey Club, Hockey NL’s High Performance Program, Ball Hockey NL’s Junior Program, and has been selected twice to be the Team Physiotherapist for Team Canada at the World Junior Ball Hockey Championship.
Besides his involvement with hockey, Jeff has completed courses in baseball-specific treatment and rehabilitation, including virtually attending the 2020 American Sports Medical Institute’s Injuries in Baseball Conference, and is a certified Champion Performance Specialist. In addition, Jeff holds a Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy from Sports Physiotherapy Canada.
Jeff utilizes hands-on, proven methods of treatment with many elite athletes within the province, aiding in their athletic success on the provincial, national, and international stage.
In 2022, Jeff founded Attain Physiotherapy & Sport Performance Centre with the goal of providing an appropriate environment for athletes to rehabilitate injuries, train at an elite level, and develop their performance to achieve their goals and prevent injuries.
A St. John’s native, Erin participated in a variety of sports growing up, developing a keen interest in soccer! She played locally and competed in several Atlantic and National tournaments throughout her playing career. During her university years, Erin played on the Memorial Seahawks Women’s Soccer Team!
Erin graduated from Dalhousie University with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in November of 2024. Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology with honors distinction in 2020 from Memorial University.
Her love for sports continues in her passion for working with athletes to improve their fitness and to apply rehabilitation techniques that support optimal performance and recovery. Over the past number of years, Erin has taken on a volunteer role in the sports community serving as team trainer with the Feildians Challenge Cup Soccer Team.
In her spare time, you can find Erin running, working out, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Erin is passionate about helping patients take control of their health and wellbeing and is excited to make a positive impact by guiding individuals towards healthier lifestyles and better outcomes through personalized care and support.
Julian is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong interest in movement, sports performance, and injury recovery. He completed his Master of Physical Therapy at Western University in London, Ontario after earning a B.Sc. in Kinesiology from McMaster University. His background includes treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, with a particular focus on ankles, knees, and shoulders in athletic populations!
Julian’s rehabilitation approach is active, results-driven, and tailored to each individual. He combines exercise-based therapy, manual therapy techniques, and education to support recovery and improve performance — whether a person is returning to sport, managing a persistent issue, or aiming to move more efficiently.
Growing up playing competitive soccer and dealing with his own injuries has given Julian firsthand insight into the impact that effective rehab can have. He continues to play soccer and enjoys being active outdoors, including hiking and trail running.
Outside of the clinic, Julian is an avid sports fan (Go Raptors and Leafs!), and he enjoys downtime with good shows, board games, and spending time with friends.
